Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Factory X app you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and acting on behalf of a legitimate business. The service is not available in jurisdictions where its use would be illegal.
3. Account responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and not share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not list or send: stolen goods, counterfeit goods, weapons, military equipment, or anything illegal under applicable law. You may not harass other users, send spam, defraud anyone, or impersonate another person or business. We may remove content and suspend accounts for violations.
5. Listings and transactions
Factory X is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own the listed machinery, do not handle payments, do not guarantee transactions or product condition, and are not party to the transaction. Buyers and sellers transact directly and are responsible for due diligence, contracts, payment, shipping, customs, and after-sales obligations.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Factory X a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the marketplace. The Factory X name, logo, and software are the property of Factory X.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Factory X is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from any transaction between users. Users transact at their own risk.
8. Termination and governing law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Governing law will be specified before public launch. Contact: support@factoryx.com.cn.

1. القبول
بإنشائك حسابًا أو باستخدامك تطبيق Factory X فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق فعليك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.
2. الأهلية
يجب أن تكون قد بلغت 18 عامًا، وأن تكون مؤهلًا قانونيًا للتعاقد، وأن تتصرف نيابة عن نشاط تجاري مشروع. الخدمة غير متاحة في الولايات التي يكون فيها استخدامها مخالفًا للقانون.
3. مسؤوليات الحساب
توافق على تقديم بيانات دقيقة، والمحافظة على سرية كلمة المرور، وعدم مشاركة حسابك مع أي شخص آخر. أنت مسؤول عن كل نشاط يحدث من خلال حسابك.
4. المحتوى والسلوك المحظور
يُحظر عرض أو إرسال: السلع المسروقة، السلع المقلدة، الأسلحة، المعدات العسكرية، أو أي شيء غير قانوني بموجب القانون الساري. يُحظر التحرش بالمستخدمين، أو إرسال الرسائل العشوائية، أو الاحتيال، أو انتحال شخصية أو شركة أخرى. يحق لنا حذف المحتوى وإيقاف الحسابات المخالفة.
5. الإعلانات والمعاملات
Factory X منصة سوق تربط بين المشترين والبائعين. نحن لا نملك المعدات المعروضة، ولا نتعامل مع المدفوعات، ولا نضمن المعاملات أو حالة المنتج، ولسنا طرفًا في المعاملة. يتعامل المشترون والبائعون مباشرة وهم مسؤولون عن التحقق والعقود والدفع والشحن والجمارك والتزامات ما بعد البيع.
6. الملكية الفكرية
تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي ترفعه. وبرفعه فإنك تمنح Factory X ترخيصًا غير حصري لاستضافته وعرضه وتوزيعه لأغراض تشغيل السوق. اسم Factory X وشعاره وبرامجه ملك لشركة Factory X.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود الالتزام
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع. وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، فإن Factory X غير مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو عن أي معاملة بين المستخدمين. يتعامل المستخدمون على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة.
8. الإنهاء والقانون المنظِّم
