1. Introduction
Factory X is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of second-hand industrial machinery and used building materials, primarily between China and the Middle East. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. Contact: support@factoryx.com.cn.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number, account type (buyer/seller), and optional profile photo and location. Content you submit: machine listings (photos, specifications, prices, descriptions), chat messages and any attachments, spare-part requests. Technical data: device type, OS version, app version, IP address, and basic diagnostics.
3. How we use information
We use this information to operate the marketplace, sign you in, identify you to people you message, deliver your messages, show your listings to potential buyers, send transactional notifications, and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Data storage and security
Account and listing data is stored in MongoDB. Photos and message attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2. Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes — we never store or log raw passwords.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with our hosting and infrastructure providers (acting as data processors under contract) and with law enforcement or other authorities when legally required to do so. Your public profile (name, listings, public reviews) is visible to other users of the marketplace by design.
6. Your rights
You can access and correct your profile information any time from Settings → Edit Profile. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account — this is a real deletion, not a deactivation. To request a portable copy of your data, email support@factoryx.com.cn.
7. Children’s privacy
Factory X is intended for users aged 18 or older acting in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes and contact

3. كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم هذه البيانات لتشغيل السوق وتسجيل دخولك وتعريفك للأشخاص الذين تراسلهم وإيصال رسائلك وعرض إعلاناتك للمشترين المحتملين وإرسال الإشعارات التشغيلية ومنع الاحتيال.
4. تخزين البيانات والأمان
تُخزن بيانات الحسابات والإعلانات في قاعدة بيانات MongoDB. تُخزن الصور والمرفقات في خدمة Cloudflare R2. الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا مشفّرة أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS). تُخزن كلمات المرور فقط على شكل تجزئة bcrypt — لا نخزن أو نسجل كلمات المرور الأصلية.
5. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزودي الاستضافة والبنية التحتية كمعالجي بيانات بموجب عقد، ومع الجهات الرسمية عند الطلب القانوني. ملفك العام (الاسم والإعلانات والتقييمات العامة) مرئي لمستخدمي السوق الآخرين بحكم طبيعة الخدمة.
6. حقوقك
يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← تعديل الملف. يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة نهائيًا من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب — حذف فعلي وليس تعطيلًا. لطلب نسخة من بياناتك راسلنا على support@factoryx.com.cn.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
Factory X مخصص لمستخدمين بعمر 18 عامًا فأكثر يعملون بصفة تجارية. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من القاصرين. إذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصرًا أنشأ حسابًا، فيرجى مراسلتنا لإزالته.
8. التحديثات والتواصل
